Description
In one line: rob a sleeping Dragon Queen with up to five friends, stack the loot on your back, and don't be the loudest thief when she wakes up.
Hoard Thieves is a cute, chaotic online co-op heist game for 1 to 6 players. A crew of chibi thieves sneaks through a freshly generated dungeon, piles treasure on their backs in towers that sway with every step, and hauls it to the getaway cart. Every footstep, dropped goblet and clattering stack travels through the halls, muffled by walls and leaking through doorways. Make enough noise and the Dragon Queen wakes up and hunts the loudest thief she heard.
Meet the Thieves' Guild quota across a run of five heists, dodging goblin guards, mimic chests and shriek bats, or the Guild cuts the crew loose. Co-op, never PvP: the worst your friends can do is bump you, knock your loot over and blame you for the noise.
Features
- Online co-op for 1 to 6 thieves, tuned for a crew of 4. Bots fill empty seats.
- A freshly generated dungeon every heist, deeper and harder as the run goes on.
- Loot towers with real weight: slower, louder and wobblier the higher they get.
- Noise that travels through walls and doorways, and a hoarder who hunts by ear.
- Goblin guards with lanterns, mimic chests that chomp your stack, shriek bats, creaky boards and dart plates.
- Bank it at the getaway cart, meet the quota, and go back in if you dare.
- Bump, blame, emote and ping. Spectate from inside the dragon when you get eaten.
- An awards podium after every heist, and a WANTED poster for the loudest thief.
- A hideout with a contract board, a wardrobe and toys. One chibi thief, lots of looks.

History
Hoard Thieves started in autumn 2026 as a one-room prototype: a single dragon lair, one thief and one very tall loot tower. Playing it with friends showed that the best moments were never the heist going right. They were the tower toppling, the blame afterwards, and the one friend who could not stop picking up goblets. The game grew around that: generated dungeons, a noise system that carries sound through stone, threats that punish greed, a hideout to hang out in between heists, and a results podium that hands out awards nobody wants.
The Dragon Queen is the hoarder at launch. The Lich King, the Goblin King, the Sea Witch and the Vampire Countess are planned, each with their own dungeon.
